Affiliate Terms.

You must submit a complete application. Kaos may accept or reject an application. Acceptance is not employment, a partnership or authority to act for Kaos. You work independently and cover your own costs.

A referral is eligible when:

• you introduce the lead to Kaos through an approved channel;
• the lead is new to Kaos and is not already in an active discussion;
• the lead gives accurate contact and project information; and
• Kaos accepts the referral in writing.

Self-referrals and duplicate referrals do not earn commission.

Commission starts at 10% and can exceed 50%. The rate depends on the quality of the lead, the project value and your role in closing the project. Kaos will confirm the rate and the commission base in writing for each eligible referral. Commission applies only to client payments that Kaos receives and keeps.

The provisional referral window is 90 days from the accepted introduction. A project must start within this window unless Kaos confirms a different period in writing.

• Commission clears 30 days after Kaos receives the related client payment.
• Kaos processes cleared payouts once each month.
• The provisional minimum payout is USD 100.
• A balance below the minimum moves to the next payout cycle.
• You must provide correct payout and tax information.

Kaos may remove refunds, chargebacks, taxes and payment processing costs from the commission base.

You must not:

• make false claims about Kaos, its work, prices or results;
• promise a price, scope, schedule or outcome for Kaos;
• use spam, harassment or misleading advertising;
• pretend to be an employee or legal representative of Kaos; or
• use Kaos names, marks or work without written permission.

You or Kaos may end participation at any time. Kaos may cancel unpaid commission that comes from fraud, false information, a rule breach or a client payment that is refunded or reversed. Valid cleared commission remains payable under these terms.

Kaos may update these terms as the program changes. A new effective date will show the latest version. A written referral confirmation controls if it sets different commission, window or payout terms for that referral.
