When you send a project inquiry, we receive the information you choose to provide:
- name, email address and optional phone or company details;
- services you are interested in;
- your project description and targeted budget;
- how you found Kaos, if you choose to answer; and
- your confirmation that you agreed to this policy.
Hosting and security providers may also process limited technical data such as IP address, browser type, device information, timestamps and request logs when you visit the site.
How We Use It
We use personal information only where it supports a clear purpose:
- to review and respond to your inquiry;
- to discuss scope, availability, estimates and a possible engagement;
- to deliver work and maintain records if we begin a project;
- to protect the website from spam, misuse and security threats; and

Inquiry submissions are processed through Web3Forms and delivered to Kaos. Website hosting, infrastructure and security providers may process limited information needed to provide their services. Information may also be disclosed when required by law or necessary to protect legal rights.
We do not sell personal information or provide it to data brokers.
Storage And Retention
Inquiry data is kept only while it is useful for responding, assessing a potential project or maintaining necessary business records. Inactive inquiries are normally reviewed for deletion within 24 months. Records connected to paid work may be retained longer where tax, accounting or legal rules require it.
Service providers may process information in other countries. Where required, appropriate contractual or legal safeguards are used for international transfers.
Cookies And Local Storage
Kaos does not currently use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. The site may use short-lived browser storage for functional behavior, such as restoring your position when returning from a project page. Hosting and form-security providers may use strictly necessary technology to deliver and protect their services.
